GEAR SERVICE s.r.o. in cooperation with parent company supplies welded gear case up to 20 tons for all types of industrial gearboxes. We are able to produce welded gear case such according to production documentation, as according to our design. Our advantage is ability to refund the original design of the gear case for the new one, welded. Thus prepared gear case has then much better mechanical properties (stiffness, weight, …). Construction of the welded wheels is supported by advanced design methods such as finite element analysis (FEA, FEM) and optimization of the shapes.
